What to bring to your appointment
Address History
If you’ve lived at multiple addresses recently, please bring a list to verify your credit report.
Credit Report Freezes/Fraud Alerts
If your credit reports are frozen or have fraud alerts, you may not be able to access them during the session. Please ensure these are turned off beforehand. Let us know if you need assistance.
Laptop or personal device
Due to the sensitive nature of the information students will be sharing to access their credit, we recommend that students bring their own laptop or tablet to log into.
If you do not have your own device, please let us know beforehand and we can help borrow one from the library.
